I'm fortunate enough to be writing this-to still be alive time and time again. For over a decade now, after all the attempts I had-I have now realized that there is a sole purpose for why I'm still here. It's to help others and also inspire people who are just like me. I want to bring unity, peace and love into the lives of other people. I know there are a lot of people around the world; people like you and I still battling mental illness. This brand is not only raise mental health awareness but psychical health as well. As someone who has experienced the hardships of my own mental health, it has deteriorated my psychical health as well, throughout the years.

 

It’s a cliché, but it’s grounded in truth: There is so much more that unites us as humans than that which divides us. We all have a deep-rooted need for communal support. We all feel physically better when our minds are in good shape.

The brand name is Japanese inspired for numerous of reasons, one being that the suicidal rates in Japan are the highest. Plus I've always admire Japanese culture. This brand translates to"Create" hence "create the life you live" meaning we all have hope and courage-to not only take care but embrace our every day battles dealing with our mental health. Mental health is more than just feeling sadness and anxious for a couple days. It's the days and nights fighting to get out of bed and having no strength do anything at all. Feeling guilty about it, but finding no will to live or to fight for survival.

I’m thrilled that we get to explore these topics together. I’m here not to teach you, but to learn with you, as we navigate life’s seasons. This is a safe space. Let’s throw all stigmas out the window as we work to increase our wellness of body and spirit.

 

Everyone has a different story to tell. Mental illness is hard to talk about, a lot of the time. We don't have an explanation for it, but let it be a story for you to tell.

 

Keep fighting and keep going.
